Frugal Fitness!!!

Can you tell I like using alliteration?  My grammar nerd friends will understand, lol.

So I am on a Dave Ramsey budget at the moment, and had to put my gym membership on hold.

One of the programs I really liked to use was the Tracy Anderson Method, however, since I impinged my shoulder I am not able to do her exercises at the moment.

Who says you need an expensive gym membership anyway to get in shape?

When I look back at my old pictures, the best shape I was ever in was when I was going to the Tru Fit personal training sessions.  They did a lot of circuit training, which is the bomb.com, and yes I just said that, HA!

I think it’s so important to take care of our temple and this is a new goal I’m working on. I have been slacking, using my shoulder issue as an excuse…womp womp.

I stumbled upon this YouTube channel called GYMRA and it’s how I’m doing my home workouts lately.  I hope you enjoy it also 🙂
