Since 2009, I have adopted a gluten-free lifestyle due to an allergy I developed. This allergy came about because our bodies are not meant to digest gluten and/or processed grains. Some people adapt to it, but it is still doing damage silently to their intestinal tract.
That being said, if you would like to make one new step towards optimal health, then try going gluten-free. It will take a while to get used to it, and it won’t happen overnight, but if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!
So one way to get started quickly, is to find either Udi’s or Annie’s Gluten Free Pizza in the frozen section of your local grocery store.
These are typically cheese only or cheese and spinach, and that makes the perfect palette to build a healthy meal.
Grab some bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, artichokes, or veggie sausage….slice them up and add them to the top of the pizza before cooking.
This is just another easy way to get in your 7-10 servings of veggies a day!
